Services.

All payments must be made on or before the specified date on the invoice (before your advert appears,... unless otherwise specified).
Only online payments or EFT’s will be accepted.
13% Interest will be added to overdue accounts.
Discounted rates will no longer apply for overdue accounts.
60% of the advert cost will be charged in the event of cancellation less than 40 days prior to the release date of the publication the ad was to appear in.
Multiple issue discount will be calculated on last or every third invoice. In the event of early cancellation of multiple issue agreements, the client will be invoiced for the discount received on completed placements because of the “agreed period/term” not being honoured.

No photographs taken or advert designed by Splash Magazine is allowed to be used OR printed anywhere else without our written permission. We reserve the rights to all ads and artwork designed by Whale SPLASH Media.
Any proof of advert sent to the client’s email address will be deemed correct unless otherwise indicated within 24 hours of such proof being sent.
The client is responsible to check if all information, grammar and contact details are correct.

Continual listings’ artwork change only on clients request.
Clients will be able to make changes to advert design - not more than three times, thereafter extra charges will be charged. Extra charges will be added to invoice for extra expenses (purchasing the rights of photos, etc)
Delivery of magazines to clients is NOT a “Term & Condition” for advertising and is not the responsibility of Whale SPLASH Media.
For social media, newsletter and online exposure (where aplicable), the client has to email us all info to be published, platform to publish it on (Facebook & social media, e-book or newsletter) and the date it should be placed. This is a free service for clients of printed SPLASH Magazine and is only applicable in the month the ad is in the print issue of SPLASH Magazine.

Products.

SPLASH’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you.
